We confirm your scope, fee, payment arrangements and timing before work begins.

What your quote covers

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. The website shows GST-inclusive prices and their excluding-GST equivalents. Professional CVs cost $350 + GST; school leaver CVs cost $100 + GST; cover letters cost $125 + GST per letter; interview preparation sheets cost $125 + GST per role. Bundle discounts, additional work and urgent services are agreed individually.

Delivery and timing

You receive Microsoft Word and PDF versions. Other formats are by agreement. The typical turnaround is two business days for the first complete version once all required information and the agreed initial payment have been received. Timing is confirmed for each project. Client review, missing information and subsequent revisions may extend final completion.

Revisions

CVs and cover letters include two revision rounds within the original brief, requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Each round is one consolidated set of comments. Corrections to errors introduced by Alan do not use up the allowance. New career targets, substantial new information or a cover letter for another vacancy may require a separate quote. Any extra charge is agreed before additional work starts.

Payment

Professional CVs and larger bundles normally require 50% upfront, with the balance payable after the first complete version is supplied for review and before final editable files are released. School leaver CVs, individual cover letters and interview preparation sheets are payable upfront. Your written quote confirms your payment arrangements.

Accuracy and outcomes

You are responsible for supplying accurate information and reviewing dates, qualifications, employment details and achievement claims. Interview preparation contains research and suggested questions; actual interview questions and employer decisions will vary. Pay estimates, where available, are indicative and depend on the role and circumstances. The service does not guarantee an interview, job offer, salary or screening result.

Changes or cancellation

Please get in touch promptly if your needs change or you wish to cancel. We will discuss work already completed, remaining work and any appropriate adjustment to the fee. Nothing in these service details limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Information handling

Please read the privacy statement before providing personal information. Public CV examples use fictional details. Client material or feedback will only be used in marketing with separate permission.
