Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of urban valuation. Tim now specialises in commercial and industrial appraisals of property including rental assessments, current market and insurance valuations, and specialist property valuations. He also has a wide experience in residential valuations.

With extensive valuation experience in Dunedin, Darren offers advice and expertise on properties ranging from commercial and industrial properties, tourism and hospitality investments and going concerns and also upmarket residential properties and lifestyle blocks. He also specialises in BOMA lease measurements, rental assessments and insurance valuations.

Angela joined Macphersons in February 2003, after graduating from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland. She is currently specialising in residential valuations in the Dunedin area.

Blake Marshall

Blake joined Macphersons in February 2007, after graduating from Lincoln University in Canterbury. He has a dual qualification in urban and rural valuation. He has been specialising in residential, rural and lifestyle valuations within Dunedin and surrounding districts, and has particular interest in rural and lifestyle valuation.
