Tim Dick

Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of urban valuation. Tim now specialises in commercial and industrial appraisals of property including rental assessments, current market and insurance valuations, and specialist property valuations. He also has a wide experience in residential valuations.

Darren Bezett
Director
B.Com (VPM) MPINZ
With extensive valuation experience in Dunedin, Darren offers advice and expertise on properties ranging from commercial and industrial properties, tourism and hospitality investments and going concerns and also upmarket residential properties and lifestyle blocks. He also specialises in BOMA lease measurements, rental assessments and insurance valuations.

Robin Graham
B.Com (VPM) Registered Valuer, ANZIV SPINZ
Robin joined the Macpherson team in November 2010. He brings with him extensive residential and lifestyle valuation experience throughout Dunedin. Robin Graduated from Lincoln University in 1999 and has over 11 years of valuation experience, including two years for Quotable Value New Zealand in Auckland and Napier.

Zara Crutchley
B.Com.Ag (VFM), Registered Valuer, MPINZ MNZIPIM
Graduated from Lincoln University in 2001 with a B.Com.Ag (VFM). Following graduation she spent some time with the BNZ as an Agri Business Manager in Golden Bay and the West Coast. In her capacity as a valuer Zara has spent the last seven years based out of Dunedin specialising in rural valuation and residential and lifestyle valuations within the provincial areas. Zara also has extensive knowledge of farm management systems and experience managing large projects. Zara joined Macpherson Valuation in a valuation and consultancy role to service and expand our client base.

Claire Robinson
B.Com (VPM) Valuer
Graduated from Lincoln University in 2008 and has worked for Macpherson Valuation since October 2007. Claire undertakes work in the commercial, industrial and residential fields in the Dunedin area and assists Tim Dick and Darren Bezett with larger valuation assignments.

Blake Marshall
B.Ag Sci G Dip.Val Registered Valuer
Blake joined Macphersons in February 2007, after graduating from Lincoln University in Canterbury. He has a dual qualification in urban and rural valuation. He has been specialising in residential, rural and lifestyle valuations within Dunedin and surrounding districts, and has particular interest in rural and lifestyle valuation. Blake is now located in our Gore office providing rural, lifestyle and residential valuation work in the wider Southland locality.
